It is the policy of Shields (Driffield) Ltd to be an organisation committed to customer focus, which understands current and future customer needs.

Shields (Driffield) Ltd will achieve and retain certification as a company of assessed capability in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, and will maintain a Factory Production Control system certified in accordance with EN 1090-1: 2009+A1:2011 in order to achieve execution class 2.

The organisation will review the effectiveness of its Quality Management and Factory Production Control systems at regular intervals and will set appropriate objectives for improvement.

Senior Managers will demonstrate leadership and commitment to the Quality Management System and will take accountability for its effectiveness.

Shields (Driffield) Ltd will enhance the skills of its workforce through training and review. Management and supervisory staff will provide the necessary leadership to unite and involve all employees to achieve the objectives of the organisation.
